LSF is seeking a talented Teachers' Aide who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
Purpose and Impact:
The Teachers’ Aide will assist the teacher with providing education for all students in the program. They will work a year around school calendar and participate in education programs at four academic skill levels (including English as a Second Language class). They will monitor student participation to ensure adequate instruction and assistance to each individual child. Teacher’s Aides will be bilingual. If working at a residential facility, this is a direct care position.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to bend, lift, seize, hold, or otherwise work with hand or hands. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent.
